I'm using the =linux-wlan-ng= package from DebianLinux. I'm using the version =0.2.1pre21=.


I downloaded the modules source from the linux-wlan homepage. I build the modules according to the Readme.

$ make config  # using defaults
$ make all
$ make install

Configuration files are in /etc/wlan. I create my own wlancfg-mynet configuration and edit the SSID line in wlan.conf:


Finally I found out that this driver does not work with my AsusLaptop. But there are some other solutions: AsusLaptopWlan.
